    Hi, My name is Chris, I'm 45 and have been training for 10 years on and off, I used to play rugby and competed in Power Lifting comps a few years back, Nutrition and diet has always been my downfall, I can be very dedicated to the gym, but diet lets me down, I could also do with some training programmes from more experienced guys to build mass
