Keep the carbs lower...dont eat any carbs after about 5pm.

Try adding in pre breakfast cardio 3-4times a week.

Stay away from junk/processed food as they containt alot of saturated fat.

    Drink 4-6litres water a day.

Carbohydrates: Foods high in carbohydrates include breads, pastas, beans, potatoes, bran, rice, and cereals. Most such foods are high in starch. Carbohydrates are the most common source of energy in living things. Proteins and fat are necessary building components for body tissue and cells, and are also a source of energy for most organisms.

If you go into the losing weight section give the basic idea of the Dave Palumbo Diet ago...and you will be surprised at the amount of fat you lose!
