Hi everyone,
Quick bit about me i suppose. I am 21 years old and I have been training since February this year. My aim of training is to get a slightly more muscular build and then i hope to lower my body fat to get that ripped look! (i think thats the best way to go about it)
I have a way to go and i think i need to tighten up my diet to reach success so I thought i'd register on the forum as a way to track my progress, get tips and see how other people get on with things!
