As a hardgainer do you think there is a place for more simple sugars during my bulk, currently the only time I really take on any simple high GI carbs is on my cheat day. I'll be taking in some simple carbs post workout in my Growth Matrix shake, but i'm thinking of adding some king of dextrose sugar to my "mass" shakes throughout the day.
Do you think this is a good idea or will it just be converted to fat?
