I've been reading on this forum for a while, I'm Tom,
I'm 20 in 14 days, I'm in the Royal Navy, Currently on ship on deployment.
I've been training P/RR/S for the 3 months, but have decided to adopt a reverse pyramid 4 day
split instead. I'm currently trying to gain muscle as i am quite slim.
I take:
ON 100% Whey
BCAA's (Lunch & Before - After Training)
ZMA (Before Bed)
L-Glutamine (Before bed - Upon Waking)
