No I'm not addicted to self harm, as some of you will know I'm about to embark on my first official cut. Never done anything like this before and am aftera bit of advice. Just placed an order for some animal cuts after CTP's rave reviews on the product and already have some CLA on hand. My aim is to cut out all direct carbs ie no bread rice pasta etc and replace this with salad instead to go with my chicken. I have a few questions:
1) Should I cut a pre-workout aswell or should I have one for energy in the gym as my body will be in a carb deficit is it wise to give it that extra something for when I'm training? Looking at VMAX Pump by PHD after the samples I had your thoughts?
2) Am planning on having a cheat day on Saturday is it wise to stuff my face full of carbs (like AC's custard cream diet) or should I stay off the carbs and just eat sugars to replenish blood sugars etc?
3) Any other supplements I should be looking at to get me through the day? I pretty worried about knocking out pretty much all carbs and have been told by a few people not to do it however seen some of the results you guys have had on your ketosis diets and it looks like a winner to me?
Any advice and guidance is greatly appreciated as I plan to start on 1st August, cheers guys, stay strong, LONG LIVE THE BROTHERHOOD!!!
