    Default Interval cardio

I have been reading through peoples blogs and just looking at the different ways people train.
One thing i noticed is that it seems when it comes to cardio alot of people seem to slog it out for 30minutes plus.

I have altered my training and now do about 40 minutes weights and 10ish minutes cardio. I just prefer to get it out the way quick so decided to do interval running. just mixing up between running and fast walking.

My aim as i have stated on previous post is to get this stubbon six pack to show. Im definantly starting to see slight results which im very pleased with, but i was wondering what other people felt was more benificial?

quicker interval cardio or longer cardio sessions??????? or maybe a mix of both??

I'm a fan of both to be honest mate... I do intervals twice a week for about 25 minutes and then once a week I'll do a 30 minute uphill walk for more of a steady state session! Get the best of both worlds then!
