    Default can i???

    Can i go straight from doing a cycle of grenade fat burner to lipo 6x? My grenade runs out in the morning and got lipo 6x from a while ago, do i need a break?

    fat burners arent my thing so im not 100% sure
    id say give it a break for a week or two, as im sure u know things become less effective the more you use them so i think time off would be a good idea

    i don't know the definite answer, but i usually like to take a break even if its only 1-2weeks, just because i feel like my body should get used to doing whatever the product does naturally. Again im not sure if theres any proof or reason to do it.

    But i just think of it like creatine and testosterone boosters, I feel if i take them none stop your body will think it doesn't need to produce creatine or testosterone. With fat burners it's not the same as it's not something you produce but i think it can be similar in that your body should be able to burn fat without any aids for a while, then when you take a fat burning supp it will notice the difference and acclerate results, in theory anyway.

    I thought a break would help is a week best or two? I did start to notice the grenade was making me feel a bit sick in the mornings, I would have to have a shake bang on half hour after taking it.

    i'd say the longer the better, but i dont think your body would take too long to get back to normal so a week should be fine.

    It depends on your goals and your timeline tho, if you want to reach a certain target by say the end of august, then i'd just take 1 week off then go through a full months cycle from the whole month of august.

    Start of aug ha ha. Ideally I wanna burn as much of as pooss by the 13th of aug. Gonna look at it all again about the 20th aug and might look at bulking through till half way through sept then cut for my hol at end of oct.
