Supersets are just a certain way of training but should be used sparingly throughout your training routine or you could lead to overtraining. They are a good way of shocking your muscles, if you have hit a plateu in your training etc.

Do you mean you want to build muscles quickly? If so, unfortunately there is no quick way of building muscles, just hard work and dedication mate.
It's not how hard you can hit. It's how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. Life is hard but you have to learn to take the punches. THAT'S HOW WINNING IS DONE! Rocky VI

I'd superset probably once a week, like TJ said it's designed to be a shock to your muscles by doing a couple of excersises simultaneously like I sometimes do a shoulder press and then do some raises straight after OR if on say my Chest/Back day I'll do bench press and then seated row straight after but would usually only do this once a week if that maybe if I'm short on time. Drop sets are a good one for building good quality muscle, try going heavy then dropping the weight by about 30-40% then carry on to failure then drop it again 50% and go to failure you'll find your muscles burn like crazy but again use this sparingly as it will lead to overtraining and you'll not gain anything.
