Default Finally grown a pair!! Haha!!

After watching from a distance for so long & seeing how amazing the results that my brother (TJLEE) & the rest of you all achieved in the recent comp i was so inspired that ive finally decided to try to get my fat ass back into shape!!
Im currently 5'11" & 14st 7lbs. (was 16st 3lbs 4 months ago) Just been eating a bit healthier & going out on my bike as many times a week as poss!! (weather permitting)
But i still have a jelly belly (i know there is a six pack under there somewhere tho) so ive decided i am going to do a 14-16 week cutting plan to get myself in shape for my up & coming wedding in Australia in December!!
I am going to be doing my workout on a multi gym in garage at home so need some advice on best way to do this as you are obviously a little restricted to what excercises you can do on them! Have barbells & dumbells too if that helps!!
Am going to follow the same diet as my brother but any other advice will be greatly recieved!!

Thank you all again for inspiring me to do this!!

welcome dean, can u clear afew things up for us, ive been wondering whether or not tj has been telling the truth since his lifestyle seems to take up more hours than there are in a week!!!, does he actually have 3 kids, was he getting married and the hardest one, does he get up at silly oclock everyday to workout!! was he telling the truth and is he simply an inhuman work of art or a lying scrote who has been ripped all along

also the best way to get a grip of things is to post up ur diet and the routine ur gonna be following
