    Default Powdered oats

I know a certain well known bulk supplier sells powered oats but I was wondering if anyone had made there own? I remember reading about putting jumbo oats into the coffee grinder attachment you normally get with a blender. Never tried it but could be useful during my bulk for them extra carbs

I've got one of the big jug/blender type things with blades in the bottom & it works just fine - need to do a minimum of about 25g of oats at a time.

I was thinking of blending up a whole bag and then just scooping it out a tub to use it in shakes.

That would work... I certainly wouldn't pay anyone else to do it for me... blending things is theraputic somehow...

does it make a difference how you eat your oats? do they lose any of their quality whether they are cooked or uncooked, standard or powdered for example
