    Default Supplements

Hi all, I`m trying to lose some unwanted fat & currently only use whey as a supplement, I was just wondering if there is anything else i should be using to help build muscle and lose the fat?

I have tried many things in the past but nothing seamed to do anything apart from make me feel bad,

I tried creatine and it gave me heart pulpitaions, tried no explode and various other workout drinks and they actually made me sick and feel really bad (think i have a caffine intolerence).

Just wondering if there is anything i should try, and after suggestions maybe try and get a couple of samples to see how my body reacts.

    thanks for any advice

im using mitotropin throuhout the first month of my 8 week cuttting diet
    ( http://fitforum.co.uk/showthread.php...t-Annihilation )
and that seems to be going well very good at suppressing appetite and shedding fat
apart from the pills been huge and tasting horrible i havnt had any sides from them so you should be fine if u decided to use them as they arnt stimulant based like alot of the supplements youve mentioned above

    hi mate,

Thanks for that may give them a whirl, i dont really have a problem with feeling hungry as i`m eating every 2.5 hours, so i just try and stay busy so i dont think about being hungry till i eat.

but if they help with the fat loss its always a bonus cheers.

    Any other suggestions everyone?

    Yeah agree with MTom5
You need a fat burner to add to your whey, phd lean degree suposed to be good, but ill be getting MST shred ultra in a few days its cheap but every review has been good about it, and the company is very good aswell. If you would go for the lean degree maybe stack it with PHD CLA, that would be very good, and you would deffo see changes if your diet and training reigeme is strict.

Thanks for that, i have tried lean degree and other fat burners in the past but even one makes me feel bad (sick/noutious/very bad) i think it is a caffine allergy of some sort.

A friend of mine takes all sorts of stuff and he never seams to get any side effects of them, i tried a sample sachet of v max pump once felt ok for about half an hour after taking it then started being sick and had the squits the symptoms didnt pass for about 4 hours.

this is why i`m wary about anything that contains caffine, and really need to try samples before i buy to see how my body reacts.

thanks again for the info tho.

    Every fat burner has caffine
Id just do daily cardio and watch your nutrition, CLA dosent have caffine tho you could give that a go

yeah maybe just go for the raw ingredients of a fat burner minus the caffine. ie dandilion root extract, green tea extract, asprin, ect.

suppose if its purely the caffine that disagrees with you then you could get animal cuts and identify which tablet contains the caffine and not take that one but take the rest

To be honest i`m not 100% that its the caffine but anything that i take with it in seams to have the same effect, that said tho all the fat burning supplements seam to have the same ingredients so it maybe something else.

I have tried epherdrine, that also did not agree with me.

think i`ll give cla a try, may see if i can get some samples tho as i have bought different products in the past and had to give them away due to rections i have had with them.

    thanks again

Like Tom Said, Universal Nutrition do a Stimulant Free version of Animal Cuts - I have jsut finished (today) my 4 week cycle on them and have lost just over 9lbs. Im positive that although not the sole reason for the loss they definately contributed.
