I'm new to forum clearly, and my story goes as follows...
I'm looking to get back into the superfit zone after a rather sickening leg break i suffered after getting my big break in the professional football world, ironic i know. So i will posting a blog for each month detail my training plan, diet and other plop.
Also decided to leave the football out for a year as i went back done a bit pre season and no matter how hard i tried i just couldn't get over the fear of another break, hopefully be back next year.
