4 scrambled Eggs + 2 cups Oats

Tuna + Brown Rice

Chicken Breast + Brocolli
Milk + PB + Cheese
I also have 1-2 snacks when im at work, this could be a protein bar or some sliced chicken breasts
so thats about 8-9 meals a day
any more suggestions? thanks
