    Default Trying to put on muscle - hows my diet?

    4 scrambled Eggs + 2 cups Oats

    PHD Synergy

    Chicken Breast + Brown Rice

    Tuna + Brown Rice

    Phd Synergy

    Chicken Breast + Brocolli

    Milk + PB + Cheese

    I also have 1-2 snacks when im at work, this could be a protein bar or some sliced chicken breasts

    so thats about 8-9 meals a day

    any more suggestions? thanks

    I would say more veg, to try get some minerals nutrients in there. Other than that looks clean.

    Agree with Mattat, up the carbs a bit more and maybe supplement with creatine.

    top knotch diet if u can stick to it religiously, i agree with both u guys aswell , more fruit and veg is definately needed try a multivit aswell just to be safe, hows ur training
