Think I know the answer but sat eating dinner and got thinking. I'm on a keto diet eating better but think my meals might be to big. I haven't worked it all out don't have the time or knowledge. I've had a real crap night with 4 hours bad sleep so my diet today has been crap.
Breakfast pharma whey, another shake later, lunch two chicken breasts about 4 mushrooms, spring pinion and a sprinkle of nandos sauce. Handful of cashews later then another shake this time with one egg included. It's now dinner which is two pork chops with a bit of cheese melted on top, carrots, brocolli, asparagus and green beans. I'll have another shake later, morning and evening shakes include 10g's of l-glutamine.
Should of had one chop, am I right?
