    Default Stretch Marks?

Hi people, Just thought I would open a discussion about a thing that I regard as one of the top things anybody does not want from trying hard to getting the body they DO want! I personally have slight marks on my triceps but are not that noticable. I was wondering if any one had any techniques, theories and/or things that can prevent getting them. I understand that this is a risk when doing heavy weights and as I have been training now for around 7-8 months; I have noticed good gains in lean muscle but I am always consciously worried about getting the dreaded marks that so many dislike when it comes to any intense training. I have heard of many oils and moisturisers and the obvious to keep the skin hydrated by drinking plenty of water but does anyone actually use oils to prevent such marks from progressing?

I have started using it about 2weeks ago, not done alot in all fairness yet. Maybe made them a bit lighter..but ill continue to use anyone now for a long duration.
You could also get some vitamin e capsules which may also help...but most of the time when the mark has formed it wont go away.

The way i look at it is..its a part of the gym lifestyle..alot of people get them..use bio oil to try and prevent them getting worse and just get a good tan in summer and that will also hide them
