Its all about the diet. Exercise comes after your diet. Aslong as you keep the carbs and calories low, the protein high, you'll be on your way. After setting up a strict nutrition plan, step up your exercise. Morning CV before breakfast is a winner, or if you can't get time in the morning, 20-30mins after your weights session.....

Dont change everything at once, change one item a week - starting with your nutrition

Dont go at it head strong like a bull to a red flag ....... start off with CV in moderation (if you start with 5 sessions a week you wont have anything extra left to give later on in your programme)

Drink plenty of fluids - this will help keep you hydrated and full - as well as clensing your system.

Eat little and often - itll help your metabolism stay at a higher rate. If normally you have 3 1000kcal meals, go for 6 500kcal meals instead.

When you eat - eat. Dont do eanything else, sit down, with cutlery, and enjoy the fact your eating. If you multi task you jsut wont realise you have eaten

Plan what you are going to eat before you eat it.

All body conditioning - CV combined with interval weight training works really well/
If its true you only go around once, you might as well go around with really big biceps.

Try German Body Composition. Doing this 3 times a week allowed me to get my body fat down from 10.9% to 4.1% in 2 months.
