    Default My Carb Cycling Diet

    I'll be doing 3 low carb days and 2 high carb days, heard that this is a great way to shift the last few pounds of fat so ill be giving it a go for the next few weeks. Ill be doing cardio every day for 20-30 min and weight training 3-4 a week.

    Low Carb Days

    Meal 1 - 10am 2 Scoops Choc Orange Diet whey

    Meal 2- 1.00am 200g Chicken breast + 1tablespoon olive oil frozen Vegetables

    Meal 3 – 4.00pm Chicken Breast with a tiny bit of BBQ Sauce and frozen Vegetables

    Pre Workout - Scoops Instant Whey + 1 tablespoon olive oil

    5.00pm TRAIN - WEIGHTS

    Post Workout – 6.00pm 2 Scoops Instant Whey + 1 tablespoon olive oil

    Meal 5 – 8.00pm Fish/Meat and frozen Vegetables

    Meal 6 – 9.30 2 Scoops ON 100% Casein with ice and a bit of water, sip over an extended period of time, like 30mins.

    Protein – 175g
    Carbohydrates – 23g
    Fats – 45g


    High Carb Days

    Meal 1 – Oats

    Meal 2 – Protein Shake, Waxy Vol, Olive Oil

    Meal 3 – Chicken and Brown Rice/ Tuna Pasta

    Meal 4 – Protein Shake, Waxy Vol, Olive Oil

    TRAIN – WEIGHTS

    Meal 5 – Protein Shake

    Meal 6 – Tuna/Salmon/Chicken and Vegetables

    Protein – 145g
    Carbohydrates – 112g
    Fats – 22g

    The only thing I'd probably do is add a little more protein.... Somewhere around 1.5g for every lb of your weight.
