    stretching after your workout will increase your flexibility thus preventing injury

    i think you get adequate stretching through doing all exercises with a full ROM
    dont know how scientificly sound that is but it works for me.

    if it works for mike mentzer it works for me.
    however it could be as un scientificly sound as his 11 day rests lol

    Hahaha agreed. I do think it's correct about adequate stretching by the using full ROM..... Although the 36 sessions a year is a little bit flawed....,
