i agree but not between working sets
i think you get adequate stretching through doing all exercises with a full ROM
dont know how scientificly sound that is but it works for me.

Hahaha agreed. I do think it's correct about adequate stretching by the using full ROM..... Although the 36 sessions a year is a little bit flawed....,
at the end of the day when u have a moustache like that you can make up what you want
