So basically, currently limited to Mid morning, Sandwich or scrambled eggs & mid afternoon, sandwich or oat cakes.
Any other ideas? also, whats the nutritional benefit of Oatcakes, and what else can i put on them to 'spice them up'?
Cheers

Try and have a meal replacement shake, or a normal protein shake also try the protein bars like phd diet whey or cnp flapjacks
My mid-morning and mid-afternoon are always 140g chicken with nuts. Oatcakes are ok but bit high on the fats.
If its true you only go around once, you might as well go around with really big biceps.
I always prepare my food the night before, cooking enough chicken or fish to last me (wear oven gloves when taking Pyrex bowls out the oven though, I'm speaking for experiance here!) I'm lucky as I work 6-2 and manage to get my breakfast at 6 with meals at 9 and 1 and im home for 2 im time to prepare my pre-workout meal.... Around 200g chicken with either salad or cashews for my 9 and 1 o'clock meals.... I'd recommend getting a little cool bag with a few ice packs to keep the chicken or whatever your snacks are nice and cool. Nothing worse than crap tasting meal.
I cook 3kg at a time to last me 3 days, wednesday chicken is always the worst as it's often just about to turn, there is nothing worse than the smell of bin chicken!

Ive taken to buying it precooked - and then just defrosting and nuking it to have it warm.
I eat alot of tuna as mid day snacks - i just buy it 'with brine' then drain it and eat it straight from the can. Also Natural yoghurt with a big scoop or protein powder and some raisens in.

Those that respect failure and don’t fear it are the people in life that go the furthest; they're the people that live and don't just exist.
Always take powder with me to make up a shake at work mid-afternoon.
I've started buying precooked frozen chicken brests, they are great, just defrost them night beforeNot sure how much water has been pumped into them though
