How much cardio is too much cardio?
I have started to cycling to work in the mornings its 7 miles which takes me approx 30mins, I then cycle to the gym after work which takes 15mins. Then it's all the way back home which is approx 50mins. So I now cycle approx 1hr 40mins a day 4 days a week.
I worried this will detract from my muscle building aims as it seems alot, I've upped my calorie intake slightly and am not loosing weight (although not gaining either!), I also think my leg are looking thinner!
Do you rekon this is too much cardio if your looking to gain muscle?
