    Default Hi all!!

Hi Guys – just joined here.. after browsing the forum.. you guys all know your stuff bigtime lots of good stuff on here! Could do with some help/advice!! My goals are to lean bulk, without adding too much additional bodyfat..whilst its still summer and have a hol in sept!
    Diet at the moment
8am - Upon waking – 30g phd pharma whey, large orange juice
    10am - 2hours later – 3 slices wholemeal toast
1pm - Lunch - usually a sandwich (wholemeal bread, extra chicken and salad.) or Meat, veg and potato.
Mid afternoon snack – an apple and some almonds
    Pre workout – No explode
    TRAIN – 17:30/18:00 – 1.5hours
Post workout – 2 scoops of Synergy + a small banana
Dinner – 9pm – usually Chicken 40g, + veg and maybe one wholemeal pitta slice
    Pre-bed – 1 scoop of pharma blend
Any recommendations to improving or adding more to the diet? I’m currently 72kg at approx 5ft6/7.
I use a 4/5 day split – with not too much cardio. Usually focus on one bodypart a session but thinking of changing this around now.. any ideas?
Also has anybody used anabolic switch by MRI (not available on monster)? Used black powder afew months back.. was awesome so bought a tub of anabolic switch.. yet to start!

your going 5 hours without protein though in the morning, I'd be tempted to chuck in a weight gain shake at about 11-11.30 to keep your carb and protein levels up if you trying to bulk. 17.30-18.00 isn't 1.5hours is that wrong lol, sorry being picky hehe looks pretty good other than that i'd again probably have more carbs with your mid afternoon snack purely becuase your bulking and not cutting, times look ok though eating little and often always a winner. welcome to the forum anyhow, enjoy!

Sorry guys i did mean i train around the time 5-30 or 6pm!! Warren sounds like a good idea.. i can definitely add something in there for protein in those 5 hours (between 8am and 1pm).. was thinking of just a p.shake.. try and keep carbs moderate until september's holiday is over? what you think?
