    Smile protein shake

40 grams boditronics express whey (chocolate)
    50 grams oats
    2 bananas
    handful of almonds
    tablespoon flaxseeds
    10ml olive oil

    without milk - 52g protein/89g carbs/48g fat
    with milk (500ml) - 70g protein/113g carbs/57g fat

the amounts may vary if using a different protein powder

if using boditronics profusion reloaded then you get

    without milk - 65g protein/4g creatine/104g carbs/49g fat
    with milk - 83g protein/4g creatine/128g carbs/58g fat

    enjoy!

nice shake. 50 g oats is a bit girly. i like 200g in mine

in allseriousness i think shakes like this are a brilliant way of combining solid foods with your shakes and vital for part of a mass building diet.

yep love my home made weight gain shakes.

take it 2-3 times a day and they're great if you've got a busy schedule!

What kind of oats do you put in homemade protein shakes? I have got some instant porridge oats which you put in the microwave, are they alright to throw in a protein shake ?
