sounds nice! let us know how it works out!
Mmm good for bulking or as a special treat. If I made them I know i'd eat the whole tray in one go... so I prob won't make them!
I always thought it was a bad idea to bake protein powder as it destroys the protein.
If its true you only go around once, you might as well go around with really big biceps.
dont think it destroys but lowers the biological value of it?
..... I spent this afternoon tweaking the recipe in excel. I had a go at making it tonight, if it works ill post my adjusted recipe. If it works i will have been able to get each serving to 200kcal, 20g carbs 25g pro and i cant remember the fat content.
so, wait out

I'd cook with cheapy unflavoured whey blend but not with a more expensivev branded product. It's not worth risking lowering the BV or destroying protein content by cooking.

Go with myprotein then, it's like a tenner for a kilogram. I'm always going on about that stuff, they should bloody pay me!
