Targeting Hamstrings
new gym im at has only got a seated hamstring curl and i dont like it at all.
prefere the layed down curl machine that was at my old gym seemed a more natural movement.
is there another way i can target my hamstrings without using the machines.
alternativly i might just start doing my leg nights at my old gym

get some ankle straps from decathlon or elsewhere and do standing hamstring curls at a cable rack
