Hi everyone. rather than attatching images onto your posts or blogs you can use imageshack to put your pictures on the forum.

http://www.imageshack.us/

simply go onto image shack.
click browse
select the picture to upload
click "upload now"
a URL will be created
Copy the "direct link"
(back to fitforum)
click the picture icon above
post the URL into the box that appears

hey presto! picture!
