2 scoops upon waking, try and have it in a mega shake cos theyre good for mass gaining, if uv got the cash id go with phd pharma blend 6 hour before bed, it whats its designed for, slow release protein,
my current mass gaining stack is usn muscle fuel and anabol testo, phd recovery post workout and pharma blend before bed, along with alot to eat!!
yeah agree with rich supplements should be what they say for mass gaining, a supplement, shovel in some good quality carbs and watch your weight shoot up.
im getting enough carbs from daily foods for mass gaining. im wondering if this is enough protein ect. there is no point taking 2 scoops as that is 40 grams and your body can only use 30 grams at one sitting?
Id imagine that would be enough protein... Split over 4 sittings youll get about 100g protein (Both Pharma and Mutant mass) and as long as you are eating high protein food with your carbs you should be fine!
Id be careful getting enough carbs from your whole foods as theres 170g of carbs in the Mutant Mass and 1,000 calories
