Scrambled Eggs and wholegrain toast

I normally have fast digesting carbs as soon as i get up then complexed carbs about half an hour later. So 2 slices of jam n toast on white bread n a protein shake or a dr oetken wholegrain strawberry yogurt, then i'll have porridge mixed with some chocolate protein. Making your own shakes probly the easiest way but i enjoy eating!
i'll have 6 egg whites on toast with a protein shake or beans on toast with some scrambled eggs.
Something with oats & protein.
I usually have scrambled egg on toast with slices of tomato and spinach. Try to eat greens with every meal if you can, they are natural foods that are so good for you. The tomato will help to keep you feeling full and the spinach is full of fibre and iron for example. I know brits would barf at the idea of eating veg for breakfast but most of continental europe does it and look at the women from eastern europe

Also if you have oats or porridge, put some blueberries on it or any other kind of berry. Failing that a handful of raisins will give you some natural sugars.

have a weekend in prague and you may rethink that! Seriously though get some spinach in your bfast.
