Body Weight
Thought i would get the ball rolling in here.
What routines do you all recommend for body weight workouts, i've found that the books from RossTraining.com are pretty good, doing HIIT helped me drop from nearly 16st to just over 14st

it depends on what you are trying to achieve. HIIT is really good for fat loss especially. gymnasts rely primarily on bodyweight exercises and have some really interesting and fun routines.
