I know this has probably been done before but i was watching USA V Slovenia today, whilst doing some HIIT on the cross trainer, and decided to make things abit more interesting by upping the tempo whilst the ball was in play and slowing it down when the ball was out of play. I tried doing it by which team had the ball but it was abit too stop start! Made the time fly anyway and it'll make the game abit more interesting to those of you that aren't interested!
