    Default My Routine would love some feedback

    Ok so my goal is lean growth but also to have a functional good level of fitness so my training split is like this

    Monday
    flat bench 4sets(1 warm up) pyramid light to heavy 12,10,8,6
    incline 3x8
    decline3x8
    cable flys super set with push ups to failure 3 sets 10-12 reps for the flys
    Abs

    Tuesday
    close grip chins 4 sets to failure
    wide bent over rows 12,10,8,6
    seated row 3x10
    trip push down super set with bicep curls 4 sets 10-12 reps

    wednesday
    1min fast row
    1min abs
    1min abs no rest between x5
    20 mins interval training

    Thursday
    clean press 12,10,8,6
    seated dumbell press 3x10
    tri set side raise, front raise and reverse fly 3x15 per excersise
    shrugs

    Friday
    hack squat pyramid 15,12,10,8
    squats 4x6
    walking lunges 15 reps per leg x3
    leg extension 4x12
    leg curl 4x12
    calf raises 4x25 reps

    saturday same as wenesday but instead of interval i do a boxing circuit

    i eat around 3000 kcal a day and eat 6 times a day in the last 3 months have lost 7% body fat

    i weigh 71 kgs ideal weight would be 75kgs

    any improvements comments greatly recieved

    The routine looks good mate... Personally I would include some more direct tricep and bicep work, perhaps some dips and some incline curls, or close-grip bench press and preacher curls. Also, I think you may have too much of an emphasis on your quads and perhaps adding some Straight-Legged deadlifts to your leg sessions would benefit, but these are just personal preferences so you have to find what works for you and whats comfortable.
