Hi my names Tom new to this forum obviously so i will tell you all a bit about myself i live in norwich and work in sales. I train 6 days a week 4 days weights split and 2 days hiit and abs. really love training and do spend alot of time training or planning my next training or reading about nutrition for training..... i think im obsessed but hey isnt everyone who is on here!! so yeah hi peace out![]()
