Thought I'd just say hello as new to the forum hopeing to get a lot of useful info and advice from this. I'm 44 years old and a regular gym goer and have been for the last 1 1/2 years. After waking up one day looking at myseld at nearly 18 1/2 stone, I decide to do something about it. Well i'm now at 13 stone and some what fitter but i'm really looking at now reducing my body fat so looking to up my training and trimming my food plan to get rid of more body fat which stands at 23.5% so any good training advice out there is always welcome folks!
