    Default Measurements.

Everyones hit the finish line and improved loads got me realising I could of tried harder. My question is I've never measured myself and when do people do this? Do you do it flexed or not? Before a workout or after?
Probably sounds stupid, but obviously if you measure your arms on a off day, then a day later measure after training and pumped they would obviously be bigger. I'm guessing best to measure flexed but not when pumped?
Thanks for all the advice and well done to all that have hit the finish line.

i prefer to do it before a workout flexed with arms but relaxed with chest and legs for some reason lol

I dont think it really matters Matt aslong as you are consistent each time you measure, i.e if you measure pumped one time, then you need to measure pumped everytime and so on!
Same with weight, if you weigh yourself in the morning and just in boxer shorts, then you need to do this everytime you weigh yourself to get an accurate reflection of weight loss. I am even anal about the tile that I place my scales on, I use the same one in the bathroom everytime!!!! haha
It's not how hard you can hit. It's how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. Life is hard but you have to learn to take the punches. THAT'S HOW WINNING IS DONE! Rocky VI

The quickest way to lose weight is weigh on carpet then again on tiles, lol. Can't remember what way around it is but the difference is great.
My left bicep is also lagging behind my right so is gonna take some work haven't measured so don't know how much difference. Do you measure one bicep or both? Would of thought it's a common problem.

Guessing your right handed to, all your day to day lifting/carrying is done with your right hand, hence the difference. Kinda answered my own question there.

I personally do everything relaxed and unpumped. That way things can only get bigger
