If you love it that much then you need to go for it, otherwise you wil just end up craving something else. Just go for the low fat mayo option, be sensible with the amount of mayo you put into it and dont have it everyday and you should be ok.
^^^^great advice above. Now and again is fine and defo the low fat mayo option or your gona be taking in to much saturated fat!
Go OTT on the eggs and make it a monster sandwich and try to stick to wholemeal bread not white!

Because all the vitamins and fibre has been stripped out in white bread.

It also has a higher GI than wholegrain. There was an article earlier suggesting that if you toast white bread, it lowers the GI, but still not as good as brown! Unless it's first thing in the morning or post training, try to stick to low GI foods - Hence why we all 'love' brown food!![]()
I found out something intresting the other day. Just brown bread is not good enough it has to say wholemeal. If it's just brown bread it's as bad as White, it's the same just a different colour, another hidden marketing trick.
