Default Thought I would announce my presence

    Hi All,

Am currently trying to slim down without losing too much muscle, having to be quite disciplined as my instinct is always to want to bulk but currently carrying way too much fat! Havinga bit of a nightmare actually as love to eat rubbish and finding eating clean difficult to stick to, any advice on slimming nutritious meals which dont taste vile appreciated.

Can't comment on slimming down because I am trying to bulk up. Welcome to the forum anyway.

I suppose flavoured chicken is nota bad approach, I suspect Tescos is probably the best source for that but if anyone knows anywhere better value give me a shout.

    Welcome to the forum mate.
check out some of the cutting threads for ideas on diet plans etc that people have been following. If you really struggle to make changes, my advice would be to change things slowly, if you go all out changing then you will find it hard to stick to, if you make slow changes and keep it improving then it is alot easier to maintain in the long term.

You could try adding herbs and spices to your food, which would make things less boring! But I am the sort of person that just likes to keep things simple, get the meal ate and out the way and then do something to try and keep my mind off food!

    Good luck mate.
