    Buggered.com!!!

Really intense session tonight, stronger on my tricep pushdown and on my smith shoulder press, also on my seated calf raise although I had to rest pause this as calves were still shaken from yesterday. I've upped my calories today, having a whole sweet potato at lunch with 500g chicken instead of 250g so I'll stick at this for the rest of the week and see if weight increases any. Sat at 197.5lbs still so although I'm still losing weight on 4500cals (noooooo!!!!!!!) I'm losing fat as my midsection is getting leaner and my workpants are getting looser. Visibally I'm not losing muscle which is good news and continuing the Anabol Testo should keep it this way and even add muscle over the next 5 weeks. Stay tuned....

Right then, a quick update from me while I plough salmon potatoes and pineapple down my throat. Just back from training Biceps/Back and Forearms and another gruelling session. PB's smashed all over the place so I'm well chuffed with how tonight has gone to be honest. As mentioned yesterday I increased calories well today aswell as upping my protein and carbs in my chicken meal I added another 125g rice to my mince and rice meal, I'm half tempted to have a full 500g pack of mince with this as well but I'll stick with it for the time being and keep an eye in the mirror. I've seen the extra carbs add a bit more water to my midsection today but we'll see how I weigh in at the end of the week. I've got a huge lump on the right side of my chest which I suspect is an infection of some sort, it's red raw and very sore and red hot so it'll be off to the doctors Monday to see what they say. Currently just necking ibuprofen to see if that will reduce the swelling. Anywho, the training...

    BICEPS/BACK/FOREARMS:

    -DB Curls:
    WU:10@10kg, 15kg
    WS:10@20kg, 5, 4

    -Cable Curls:
    WU:10@20kg, 30kg, 40kg
    WS:10@50kg, 5, 4

    -Deadlifts:
    WU:10@50kg
    WS:8@100kg, 6@120kg, 6@140kg, 2@160kg

-60 second weighted wide grip chin hang @ 10kg (just about managed 60seconds before I dropped off)

15minutes medium pace CV, lvl:4.5, 0 incline, calories burned unknown.

Right a long awaited update. I've not trained at all this week as I've had an infection on my chest just above my left pec. I don't know how it became infected but it was horribly infected, I've been on anti-biotics since Monday and unable to train as it's burst a few times. Luckily it burst massively on Wednesday and I managed to get all the puss and dead matter out of it. I'm just left with a couple of open wounds where the infection was so it's staying covered until it heals properly. So that's why I've not been training. So, I trained legs tonight not wanting to do any upper body work. I've changed my diet and training will alter over the weekend, the reason for this is I've changed my mentor but until I'm given the go ahead I won't update training or diet yet just incase it needs to be kept top secret. anyway here's tonights training, I just did what I felt like really but varied the rep ranges for each exercise.

    LEGS:

    Calf Raises:
    WU:20@100kg
    WS:10@200kg, 7@220kg, 5@240kg

    Leg Extensions:
    WU:20@10kg
    WS:20@20kg, 15@25kg, 18@25kg

    Incline Leg Press:
    WU:10@160kg
    WS:5@210kg, 5@260kg, 3@300kg

    Squats:
    WS:5@110kg, 4@130kg, 2@130kg

    Knee Raises:
    20, 20, 10

    Weighted Situps:
    20@10kg, 15@10kg

    10minutes slow cycling, level 1 burning 40calories

Great session strength was great nice PB of 300kg leg press. Strength on squats wasn't too bad either and finished off with some high rep abs and got the CV in as well

Hopefully should be fit to do some upper body work tomorrow, here's hoping

Sound nasty warren. Did you have an exisiting cut or anything on your pec or did it literally just appear out of nowhere?

The only conclusion I can draw is I've always had a little cyst underneath the skin by my pec I think this may have ruptured and become infected underneath the skin causing it to swell and blow up like a balloon. Either way it wasn't pretty but hopefully I'll no hav a cyst above my pec which will be nice
