with the weather being hot over the weekend, i fancied a change so made this extremely simple protein ice cream
- put desired protein poweder in a bowl
- add little amount of water (looking for runny consistency but not thin like a shake)
- put in freezer, longer u leave it more like ice cream it will be (2 hours), if u can't wait 40 mins gets it to a cold mousse consistency
