So bodypower, where the hell can i start, what a fantastic weekend! Myself, Dieselboi, Machine, Ctp, Warren, CraigR, MrsCraigR, Mrgymcredible, AC,Omania, Belly, Merat, Papa, Mark, Kateco..... just some of the fitforum names which attended aswell as Machines friends Andy and Mike. Its got to be said that everyone in real life is as friendly as they are on the forum, not at one point were there any awkward moments and the covnersations,banter,jokes, comments about mahciens ...
so legs last nite, I was told I'd be walkin funny after this and gud god they wernt wrong!! did about 5 sets on leg press at weights I had no idea I could do!! I think got to about 160 for afew good reps same on leg extension did weight heavier thn I thought I cud do for about 5 sets, ultimate burn then onto hack squats and I was seriously lagging even after only two excercises 2 sets on tht then brodie and AC turned since habbalbot was outside throwing up, I I did 2 or 3 ...
went to AC, josh n habbalbots local yesterday for abit of back n bis n got completely destroyed!!! i was training with habbal but the others were around and i managed to witness both of the big benchs!!! very impressive started off with some lats and then moved onto wide chins, never used weights on them before so did 2 sets and then wacked a weighted belt on, had to stop after 4 or 5 since i thought my shoulder was being ripped off, not bad tht he managed to break me in 5 minutes ...
so last week was supposed to be the start of my bulk, things didnt go so well, basically started feeling unwell monday morning about 5am, this got worse and on tuesday the doc came round and told me i had gastric flu, juussssst great!!! still not feeling 100% but had a light arms sesh today and my strength was awfull, i also look pathetic, weighed myself and ive lost 3.5kgs, im now pre comp weight so im just proper pissed off, feel like im starting again!!! the plan is to eat lots ...
back from 2 weeks away and had my first sesh yesterday needless to say i felt like i was dying and had to cut chest and tris slightly short, my strength was pretty bad had to drop down to the 26s on chest press and reely didnt feel good, after about a 50 minute session i called it a day i also weighed myself the day before i went on holiday and weighed dead on 66kg,weighed myself yesterday and was at 64.4kg, oh dear!!! feel like more death this morning, ultimate doms ...
