Spencer's Lean Mass Gain Log.

It's that time, this will be my first real bulk. Not much left of the summer, and my mind and stomach can't hack the low cal, low carb diet I've been on since January!

Will be bulking on 18x1lb body mass, so around 2600Kcals.

My Lean muscle building stack will be:

- PhD Pharma Gain
- PhD Methoxy-7 Test
- PhD Pharma Blend
- PhD V-Max Pump
- PhD Recovery 2:1
- PhD Catalyst
- PhD CLA.

Have decided not to include a fat burner, as I have been on it my whole time cutting, so I'll take a break from fat burners during my gaining.

My Staples of my diet will be:

Oats, wholemeal pasta, tuna, chicken.

My workout will be:

Weights: Monday, tuesday, thursday, friday PM
Cardio: Monday, tuesday, thursday, friday AM

Haven't decided if I'm going to train 2 body parts a night or do upper body x2 lower body x2, any advic e on this would be handy.

Cardio will be 45m cross trainer @ 135bpm, will perform the cardio fasted to achieve minimum fat gains.

Will be increasing carbs slowley at first, will start at 2100Kcals for 1 week, then going up in 200's untill I get to 2600.

Will introduce a second cheat meal every week, so I will be having 2 cheat meals a week.

Starting Stats: BF% = 8, Weight = 66Kg, Waist = 28.5''

Bulking until March 2011.

S.

Nice one Spencer. Why don't you start a blog and then all your stuff is together?

I train chest and triceps together, legs by themselves, shoulders and traps, back and biceps. I do abs whenever lol.

As for diet, my favourite at the moment is turkey and Cathedral City Cheddar cheese with a dollop of Hoi Sin Sauce sandwiches..nomnom!!!

Although that sounds amazingly tasty Baz, as I'm still on the low side of calories even when bulking, I have to keep fat to a minimum, maybe one of my cheats through the week though ;0

Just want to see how I get on at 2600 at the moment, will probably end up upping them like you say. But I'm not looking for a quick bulk, I'm bulking until March 11 so got lots of time, wanting lean gains with minimal fat increase :)

Have you thought about the fact you are coming off the fat burner as well as increasing your calories & carbs i.e. could be a bit of a double whammy there?

How does your protein/carbs/fats stack up for an average day?

What's your target weight?

I'm sure you'll get it nailed if your cutting transformation pics are anything to go by!

Looking good Spencer. I will be watching your progress with interest as I am a PHD man myself haha and will be looking to lean bulk around October time, so I may be using you as my blueprint!!!! :-)
