Hye all, names Ian, im from london uk. Im a nutritionist and specialise in fitness also , with particular interest in supplements and training and diets. Im easy going laid back lad and after a great start to the new year. Im always willing to share advise with others and help others as my achievements follow a very serious illness back in 2007, so i respect my health alot more now and believe we can all help each other achieve goals as what one doesnt know another may know. Ok mate appreciate you telling me . Ye well I hope to share knowledge with people and as I tell people you can learn from others aswell so Id like to hear from people on their diet regimes and training , may pick up some tips :)
