i think you get adequate stretching through doing all exercises with a full ROM
dont know how scientificly sound that is but it works for me.

however it could be as un scientificly sound as his 11 day rests lol

Hahaha agreed. I do think it's correct about adequate stretching by the using full ROM..... Although the 36 sessions a year is a little bit flawed....,

stretching post workout can help to reduce lactic acid build up and give those damaged muscle fibres one last stretch before recovery/feeding etc
