How much cardio is too much cardio?

I have started to cycling to work in the mornings its 7 miles which takes me approx 30mins, I then cycle to the gym after work which takes 15mins. Then it's all the way back home which is approx 50mins. So I now cycle approx 1hr 40mins a day 4 days a week.

I worried this will detract from my muscle building aims as it seems alot, I've upped my calorie intake slightly and am not loosing weight (although not gaining either!), I also think my leg are looking thinner!

Do you rekon this is too much cardio if your looking to gain muscle?

cycling should actually give good muscle tone to the quads. i cycle 4 times a week to work. they reccommend 3-4 cv sessions a week plus your weight sessions so i say keep going. you may need to increase your nutritional uptake though
