Is this possible?! I plan to start bulking around august time, but don't want all that hard work getting abs going to waste!!

Aparantly not, you either have less calories than needed to cut or more to bulk. You can't also control what body area bulk goes to, therefore your stomach will gain.

However saying that a few did it in the challenge. Diesel being one I can think of off the top of my head. I'm hoping at the mo to lose my gut see my abs and gain a little all over.

I'm taking grenade fat burner, methoxy test and l-glutamine to hold muscle I have so hopefully not losing it while on the burners. I'm trying to eat more but clean and up my cardio right up. Obviously you won't gain as much as you may want if your going for a lean gain but personally I think it should be possible. No doubt your get aload of people saying I'm wrong, to be fair I have no great knowledge about diet, supplements etc.

Id say its possible, if you keep your cardio to about 2-3 times a week then it could be possible
Dont do cardio to start off if your abs are still there your doing something right, if not start on your cardio

Yeah, sounds like a plan. Il start a blog with my bulking progress when it comes to it.... Thinking of starting September the 1st for a 6 month bulk. Then start cutting again march. That's the plan anyway

very possible depending on how thick your abs are. im currently around 10% bodyfat but i have a 4 pack at up to 17% so i could do a good dirty bulk and still keep abs.

May just end up starting the bulk now. Just come off holiday so ive got no real reason to keep to a low carb diet, and at the end of the day, im gonna keep a big ab routine in my plan every 3-4 days and hopefully when i do end up cutting again, il have deeper abs than i started with.... thats the plan anyway.

very possible. im constantly bulking but always keeping the 6 pac. i dont know how as i dont do any cardio in the gym , just rugby for sport. i belive it is possible but i am young?

D I'm gonna give it the thumbs up too keep minimal cardio going and you should be OK, you will gain fat around your abs but depending how clean/dirty your bulk is they'll still be visible.

Keeping a strict clean bulk. Only low gi carbs throughout the day, fast acting post workout.... Going good so far, 2 weeks in and noticed a steady increase in size, weight and strength.

Hi mate av been lean bulking from may av put on about 10 lbs an my abs are still showing. i am for a 1to2 lb gain every week its slow but saves alot of work trying to get the fat off later
