Hey guys, how's it going!
A friend of mine uses this site, so after checking it out, here i am. The community looks great, really helpful and positive, just what i need!
Abit about me...I'm 21, Office worker in norwich, recently started Taekwondo, so i'm trying to get fitter for that, the classes are killer. I'm trying to get toned up and then start adding some muscle, currently 65kg and 5'8 (shortarse i know). My main aim at the moment is a toned look for my Holiday, 30th June..i don't have much bodyfat at the moment so i hope it's possible!
I recently quit my gym to do Taekwondo, but have a 40kg punchbag, skipping rope, barbell, 2 dumbells and currently 70kg in weights, 14kg kettlebell and was wondering how i can incorporate those to get my desired look for the holiday. I'd say abs are a major focus point at the moment.
(Oh, just a P.S. i use Reflex whey at the moment)
Thanks guys,
Dan :)

Im loving the sound of your gym, sounds like a bit of a dungeon! Its about diet whether or not you look lean on your holiday, so let the masters like the Machine above have a look at it, and you will have your ripped abs in time for the beach :)

Hahaha, yeah i suppose it is a dungeon! I'll never look at i the same way again..
Right, my diet, i am bracing myself as i assume i'll get a telling off from Machine :P
Breakfast 08:00am - 2 Boiled eggs, 25g Protein shake with water
Mid-morning snack 10:00am - Protein Shake, Apple
Lunch 12:00: Tuna/salad....Chicken/veg (don't have the exact ammount of chicken, id say enough to fit in my palm and 100g of tuna.
This is where i struggle.. 2:15pm - Fat free youghurt / handful of nuts.
5pm finish work
This is where i do Taekwondo 4 times a week (tues, wed, fri, sat) the rest of the days its home and im free to go in the "Dungeon/Gym". I don't mind hopping in there after Taekwondo though.
7pm normally..Chicken/veg.
9pm - Protein Shake.
I admit i haven't been religously sticking to that diet in the last few weeks since i started martial arts and dropped my gym as i've been confused where i want to go body wise..now im certain i want to cut for my holiday.
Thanks in advance guys

Morning,
right, first things first.. Not much time so if u wanna get ripped by 30 of june carbs are out. No more bread. Sorry.
Then fats. Don't see much of them in your diet, just egg yolks, so add olive oil to your salads..or just replace them with nuts (40g).
Now training. No point going for a split routine now, just go for whole body circuit 2/3 times a week, as for cardio can u not jog back from your taekwondo sessions? I'd start from that then if possible add morning cardio 2 weeks prior to your holidays. Hope that helps, good luck!!

Oh, and while we on the diet subject, got anything for bulk?
Got myself a new guinea pig, he wants to bulk first then cut, what should I stuff him with? He's 160lb, quite lean, got 10 weeks to put some muslce on him and cut him to bits..Lol

Ok, I'll start adding olive oil say twice a day 1 spoonful per meal? Taekwondo near work which I drive too, but I can jog back to the car!(5 mins). Whole circuit training sounds ideal, any recommedation on which one to follow? I seem to ache quite bad from martial arts + gym, any recommended supplements which might help this?
I appreciate this guys!
