Wow!!!! Im seriously impressed, I joined the forun a bit late and never started the challenge, but after seeing all these results, i'm honestly inspired by everyone and how they've done!!!

I think the thing that's making the voting so hard is knowing the background of a few of you. Personally I think it makes the voting slightly biased when you know a few personal things people were up against. Everyones overcome a lot of problems and done really well.

Cheers MrKev. I think alot of peoples goals were to try and maintain strength, personally I did try to but it did start to slip towards the end, when I really started to deplete carbs. Thankfully, after 3 gym sessions this week and getting more carbs in, I can start to feel the strength coming back, infact, I dont know how but I managed 2 x PB's during my leg workout today, couldnt believe it! feel well chuffed.

I havent put up any blogs lately as I have just been maintaing around 13 stone mark for the last 3 weeks so nothing great to report, although I have still been training hard! Everyone seems to working towards goals at the moment so just enjoying reading about everyones progress. I think I will start cutting towards my holiday in October, then when I get back from that it is lean bulk all the way through Winter!
