After the comp next week I'm going to have a week of eating rubbish due to my exams being next week! But the week after I will get back to my cutting diet with some modifications to turn it into a semi lean bulking diet! What I plan to do is pretty much keep it the same but add in some complex carbs.
So far I'm thinking
Porridge Oats
Brown Rice
Whole Wheat Pasta
Vegetables
What else is a good source of complex carbs?

My missus makes potatoe wedges out of sweet potatoe, with a little olive oil....yum!
Is there a reason that you remove the skin Machine? or is it just taste. I always thought alot of the nutrition is in potatoe skin!

Do it on a pan, i used to do it with white potatoes you boil it for 20 minutes then slice it and put it on a pre heated pan with abit of olive oil to make them crispy! But then i realised u can jus slice them and stick them on the foreman i sacrificed the taste for the convenience!
