protein ice cream

with the weather being hot over the weekend, i fancied a change so made this extremely simple protein ice cream
- put desired protein poweder in a bowl
- add little amount of water (looking for runny consistency but not thin like a shake)
- put in freezer, longer u leave it more like ice cream it will be (2 hours), if u can't wait 40 mins gets it to a cold mousse consistency

Also add nuts to this making it perfect for a keto diet.

angel delight mainly just sugar can get the low sugar varieties from tesco and asda i think, had it once its pretty good like a protein pudding, add slightly less milk though as if following packet directions makes the mix a little thin
